Frost is a painter and author as well as an actor and comedian in the United Kingdom. He has appeared in the Shaun of the Dead (2004), Hot Fuzz (2007), and The World’s End (2013) films, as well as the Spaced (1999–2001) television series. Attack the Block, directed by Joe Cornish, was another film starring him (2011). His best friend and frequent collaborator Simon Pegg co-wrote the 2011 film Paul, in which he starred.

With Pegg, he co-created and co-starred in Truth Seekers, a paranormal comedy horror series.Frost was born on March 28, 1972, in Dagenham, London, the son of office furniture designer John Frost and his Welsh wife Tricia (died in 2005).
After an asthma attack, when he was ten years old, his 18-year-old sister died. Beal High School in Ilford was his alma mater. Frost’s parents’ business failed when he was 15 and they lost their home. As a result of the stress, his mother suffered a stroke and they moved in with their neighbours.

In order to provide for his family, Frost dropped out of school and got a job with a shipping company. He then spent two years in Israel on a kibbutz.”Chris Carter and the Coverplan Challenge”, a Dixons sales video, was one of his corporate training videos before playing Tim’s army-obsessed best friend Mike in Spaced (1999–2001), which aired on Channel 4. On Victoria Wood’s Acorn Antiques, Frost had a small role in an episode that aired in the year 2001. Victoria narrated “The Sketch Show Story,” a specially written episode in which Frost played an armed robber who shot dead Mrs.
It was also in that year that Frost co-wrote and starred in The Sofa of Time, which was directed by and starred Frost alongside Matt King. “Shaun of the Dead”, a romantic zombie comedy written by Simon Pegg and directed by Edgar Wright, was released in 2004 and he starred in it as well. Frost appeared in the BBC Three comedy sketch show Man Strikes Woman in 2005.
In early 2007, a second season aired. Hyperdrive, a science fiction sitcom on BBC Two, featured Frost as Commander Henderson for two seasons in early 2006. In 2006, he starred in Kinky Boots, a comedy film.As part of Pegg-Hot Wright’s Fuzz, an homage to the action and police genre, Frost appeared alongside Pegg. Nicholas Angel, played by Pegg, is transferred from the Metropolitan Police in London to work with Frost’s bumbling Constable Danny Butterman.
For their self-written 2011 science fiction comedy film Paul, the duo teamed up once again. In Steven Spielberg’s Tintin: Secret of the Unicorn, they played Thomson and Thompson. It’s Frost who narrates Supernanny on Channel 4’s reality show.He has appeared in the surreal medical comedy Green Wing as “just a man” in pub scenes on Channel 4. In 2013, Frost played Andy Knightley in The World’s End, the third Pegg-Wright film. Mr. Sloane, a Sky Atlantic comedy from 2014, starred him as the title character. For the second season of AMC’s Into the Badlands, Frost was cast in an ensemble role.
